Lee Mitchell delights in creating original handcrafted items with reclaimed lumber from old buildings in Highland County, Virginia and neighboring West Virginia. These old pieces of chestnut, oak, pine, and walnut are rich with the "Patina of Age." Each item is carefully designed and crafted with its use in mind, then sanded and polished to accent the fine quality of the wood. All metal hinges, knobs and pulls are also handcrafted by Lee.
